Commission & AUM Management Services
The management of Commission and Assets Under Management data can be a hurdle for many organisations, BIAS can assist you with either of these processes, or both.
- Capturing of new business cases, if the client is using BIAS for only commission consolidation and not the many other available BIAS Features
- Historic AUM consolidation is available, using provider files with fund level values either at the end of a calendar year, or based on the final fund level values per month over a period of time
- If product provider specific logins are provided by the client, BIAS can obtain the commission statements and AUM files each month to be used for importing into the system
- Detailed reporting will be created based on the client’s specific needs, this can include, but is not limited to, reporting on anticipated income (based on commission received), a breakdown of income over a period of months and/or years, lapse reporting, AUM changes over a period of time
SMS Functionality
With the add-on option of SMS functionality, you can always communicate with your clients.
- Schedule SMS messages for monthly birthday wishes, while also sending a SMS to your advisor as a reminder of their clients’ birthdays, at no extra cost
- Schedule SMS messages for important holiday wishes
- Send single SMS messages to clients to remind them of appointments with an advisor or other important reminders
- Delivery reports can be emailed to a chosen email address
- Historical archiving of sent messages is available
- SMS Audit Reporting is provided

- Additional BIAS Development is ongoing, however, we do take into account the specific needs of our clients and are always happy to engage when it comes to new features.
- BIAS Training can be arranged as one-on-one training or training for a team.
- Custom development, not pertaining to the existing BIAS application, is available at a competitive fee. This fee depends on the spec, which would need to be discussed with BIAS.
